Important pricing information
Casual or one-off standard services incur an additional charge of A$10 per hour.
Friday-night, weekend, evening and public-holiday rates differ from standard weekday rates. Any applicable rate will be stated in your written quote before you confirm the service.
Parking, tolls, entry costs, transport expenses or other client-authorised out-of-pocket expenses may be charged separately where applicable.
Bookings are subject to assessment, service suitability and staff availability. A booking is not confirmed until Heartside Care has issued written confirmation, the care agreement has been signed, and full payment has been received and cleared.
